Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across India only.

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all orders across India. There are no additional standard delivery charges.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, remote locations, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp or email using the contact information provided with your order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and phone number. If delivery fails because of incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period or the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us at contact.mriduwear@gmail.com with your order number.
